An amazing collection found in the originally 1944 dated envelope! Quite the collection of 1935-1944 Carlsbad Caverns souvenir info.  The envelop is from Jim Whit's book on his discovery of Carlsbad Caverns, and there is a 16 pg US Government  book about the caverns from 1942,  #0417365, Jim's book is autographed, 36 pages, EUC minus the slightly overhanging cover page edges. It's 1940 dated by Jim & Charley Lee White about the discovery and history of the caverns. The folded info is titled, Newspaper of the Caverns, Off Press Daily, ? & Answers, interesting. An 18 pic fold out accordion style pic packet entitled " Wonderful Carlsbad Caverns" dated 1935, also included. And there are 15 unused postcards, with the painted color added, 13 are CT American Art,numbers: 59,67,93,96,132,138,139,158,163, 207 + OB97N, OB96N, 5A13-N. 2 are black & white, RDV. . A great collection!
