Coffee Cup or Mug
Rare and Vintage.
It has the Whale's Tale (Water Park) on one side, and Fantasy Farm on the other side.  In other words, there is only one cup/mug.

I live 96 miles south of the Whale's Tale since 1984, and I've never heard of Fantasy Farm.  Since our first child was born in 1987, that probably makes sense.
We know the Whale's Tale Water Park, but have never been there.  Once we even stayed in a motel across the street from this water park, but it was raining, so we found a different activity.
Two photographs show the defects.  Look closely.
