Returns
We accept all returns within our 14 day return policy for new unused products. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
RMA# is required for ALL returns. Please contact us for an RMA#.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you return something that has been used, worn, altered, is missing items, or is without the original packaging or garment tag you will not receive a refund for that item. So please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything.
There are certain items we can only take back if they're returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include:

- Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth

Shipping
Orders paid and cleared before 12PM CST usually ship same day.
Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays ship the next business day.
