Gently remove makeup from eyes and lips with this two-phase, dual-action makeup remover!
Directions
Shake bottle vigorously to activate formula before use.
Soak a cotton pad with adequate amount and press on the eyes and/or lips for couple of seconds.
Gently wipe off and rinse with lukewarm water.
