This auction is for a fabulous Vintage Northcote Real Estate Advertisement!
It is from the magazine Antiques.  It is a small ad, measuring about 2 1/2" x  3 3/4".  It is for Northcote, a part of the Cornish Art Colony in NH and the former home of Stephen and Maxfield Parrish.  It is a 17 acre estate with a c. 1893 house by Philadelphia architect Wilson Eyre Jr and brasswork by Maxfield Parrish.  The ad is in very good condition.  Check out the photos!
